Working completely agile and directly with our development team, myself and our design team (3 UX / 3 Design / 1 BA) incept stories and gather requirements. We then create components to cover all user needs of Aviva's customers worldwide, working with other markets such as Canada, Singapore, India, France and Ireland as well as the UK.

Once I joined the Framework team I quickly released the working process wasn't as it should be. Working alongside my Business Analyst, UX and Development counterparts I creating this iterative working flow.

Although the team works completely agile it was fundamental to the success of the team to create a working process flow diagram. This allows complete visibility to our Stakeholder (and the wider team) of how we work, helps us keep on task focused and makes it easier to onboard new members to the team.
