During my time at AIG I worked on various things, including internal projects like the AIG Travel App but also external projects for our B2B partners. These include; Direct Car Insurance, The Guardian, Dell, Virgin Money, Direct Travel Insurance, Bupa and Boots.

Direct Car Insurance

This landing page was part of the award winning campaign for Direct Car Excess Insurance. This landing page used movement to lead the eye towards the form increased quote click throughs.

Direct Travel Insurance

This landing page was created for Direct Travel Insurance to provide uses with a generic overview of our leading products. This landing page increased conversion by 23% and APV by 36%. Click below to see website.

AIG Travel Assistance App

The AIG Business Travel App was originally designed to be a responsive website. However, the decision was made to create an app instead, unfortunately the app was constructed poorly and wasn't received well by users. I was given the task of analysing the usability and design issues. I created a complete deck of improvements and presented this to stakeholders, which began the redesign process.

I suggested that the app could be used as a retention asset to keep existing large commercial clients during the contract renewal phase. This was given approval by stakeholders and the redesign begin.

The task was to remove the complicated UI and replace it with mobile application standards. These are the proposed design solutions.
