When I joined BT we were the first in-house design team there so we faced some real challenges with integrating into the business. We overcame these challenges by being a driven and quality driven team.
I worked on various products and projects while I was at BT , with the core highlights being;
• Lead visual designer; BT Broadband, BT Call Protect, BT Future Voice
• Visual designer on BT Style-guide and AEM migration project
• Set up BT Graduate Scheme
• Encouraged utilisation of Sketch, Zeplin & Principle

BT Online Master Guidelines
Defining the BT brand across digital by creating the Online Master Guidelines that integrate best in class UI and UX design principles. The Online Master Guidelines contain all of the components, patterns and fibres that construct BT's digital landscape.
Key project input:
Working with Visual Design team to define component list
Planning user research sessions with UX team to define best in class components and patterns
Aligning OMG with brand team and branding agency to ensure OMG is inline with new brand
BT Vision project
The BT brand is changing, I was tasked with producing some conceptual designs for how BT's digital landscape could look. These designs include full width video background, 3D scope integration and other interactive elements.

Concepting ideas for use of new brand
Presenting concepts back to GMs and Directors
Setting direction for Visual Design team for Vision Project
